Sculptor accused of copying Eisenstaedt photo
And it's not Jeff Koons. Interesting that the sculptor says he based the sculpture on a photo very similar to Eisenstaedt's. By using the other photo, Johnson said he got a kick out of getting around people who "keep art to themselves."
