Reproduction of posters in book held to be fair use

The Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit recently issued an interesting fair use opinion. The reproduction of copyrighted posters from the Bill Graham archive in a book about the history of the Grateful Dead was held to be fair use. Direct link to a pdf of the decision.
