MMORPG Player Sues to Recover Assets
Linden Lab, publisher of MMORPG Second Life, has been sued by a player/attorney who claims that the publisher shut down his account thereby cutting off his access to virtual asssets which the player/attorney claims are worth $3,200 in real funds. Linden shut down the account when it appeared the player/attorney was involved in some sort of suspicious virtual real estate scheme. (via Video Game Law Blog)
